The Mid-South Conference's Appalachian and Bluegrass divisions followed many other conferences at various levels in August when they moved their schedule to the spring. COVID-19 has altered the sports landscape greatly with cancellations and postponed games all throughout the calendar since the shutdown almost a year ago.
